Kent Street Apparel will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear.
Shipping
- We despatch orders the same day or the next working day. For deliveries across Canada we ship with Canada Post. For deliveries to the US or anywhere else around the world we use DHL Express. Once your shipment has been despatched you will receive a tracking number with Canada Post or DHL.
Exchanges & Returns
- We want to make sure you love what you purchase with Kent Street Apparel. Within 30 days of delivery if for whatever reason you want to return your item we will provide a replacement or offer a full refund. It's your choice. We will also pay for the return shipping. The item, however, must be in it's original condition.
