#VeloDate - Paris (@oneyoungboy)

Posted: May 28 2015

If you only had one day in your city to help someone fall in love with you, where would you take them? Who would you introduce them to? What would you want them to experience?

As part of our global and summer long #VeloDate project we asked Matthew Grella (@oneyoungboy) from Paris to share with us what that one special day would look and feel like for him.

Here is Matthew's lookbook.

Starting our evening off outside the doors to my apartment at 9 rue Campagne première in the 14th arrondissement.

Lattes and journals at Café Hexagone - my favourite coffeeshop on the left bank.

My favourite nook to sit and watch people walk by.

Vintage Paris.

Haussmann Highs.

Boys and bikes and bottles.

Candid @freepy at the Jardin du Luxembourg.

Ending our #VéloDate at my favourite fountain in Paris at the Jardin du Luxembourg.

Behind The Camera

Matthew is a twenty-six year old graduate student and freelance mobile photographer from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Spending his summer in Paris, he is inspired the Parisian way of doing simple thing beautifully.  Naked faces with hair beautifully undone, baguettes poking out of backpacks, tiny glasses of wine with lunch followed by an afternoon espresso on the sidewalk are hallmarks of everyday life.
